BlogCanvas provides a range of services that include computational, data processing, and software tools to enable users to generate images based on text input. These Services areaccessible through the BlogCanvas application, which utilizes advanced AI models to create visual content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at our discretion.

A "Beta Service/Version/Software" refers to specific features or functionality of the BlogCanvas application that we release to users for testing or evaluation purposes. Beta Services may be available only to a selected group of users, based on our preference or through invitations or notifications. As a participant in the Beta Service, you acknowledge that the features may be in a pre-release state and subject to changes. BlogCanvas reserves the right to terminate or modify Beta Services at any time without prior notice.

To access the BlogCanvas application, you must sign up for an account. By signing up, you agree not to engage in fraudulent, malicious, or harmful activities while using the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, using BlogCanvas to generate content that may humiliate, harm, or defame others. BlogCanvas reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the Service if you violate any of these terms.

As a user of BlogCanvas, you agree not to use the Service for spamming, misleading others, or engaging in any illegal activities. You also agree to refrain from using the Service for malicious purposes or any activities that may harm the integrity of the platform or the experience of other users. If we detect any such activity, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BlogCanvas at our sole discretion.

BlogCanvas offers various service packages, and the pricing for each package is determined solely by BlogCanvas. We reserve the right to change the pricing of any package at any time. Payments for the services are processed through third-party payment providers. Any disputes or issues related to payments must be addressed with the third-party provider, and BlogCanvas is not responsible for resolving payment-related concerns.

Any content or data (including text, images, and other material) provided by the user to generate images on the BlogCanvas platform remains the sole property of the user. As the user, you retain ownership of the data you submit, and you are free to use, replicate, or distribute it as you wish. BlogCanvas does not claim ownership over the content you generate, but we do retain the right to use such content for internal purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

BlogCanvas reserves the right to delete or remove user accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding 200 days. We may also remove any associated content or data if deemed necessary. We will provide prior notice of any such action, but it is the user's responsibility to maintain activity on the platform.

By creating an account on BlogCanvas, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information as required during registration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlogCanvas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to any loss of data, loss of revenue, or other economic damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLOGCANVAS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlogCanvas, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in connection with:

• your use of the Service
• your violation of these Terms
• Any third-party claims relating to your content or activity on the Service

BlogCanvas reserves the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate fully with BlogCanvas in the defense of such claims.

BlogCanvas retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including but not limited to its software, technologies, designs, logos, and other intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights or licenses to use BlogCanvas' intellectual property, except as expressly permitted for the purpose of accessing and using the Service. Any content generated by you using the Service remains your intellectual property, subject to the rights and licenses specified in these Terms.
